We handle your order with care and do our best to deliver as quick as possible! Normally orders are processed within 48 hours. When processed they will be prepared for shipment. Sometimes it can happen that some item runs out of stock or there is another delay in the order processing. When we are not able to process the order within 48 hours, we will inform you about your order status as soon as possible.

Prices are excluding VAT and excluding transport costs. Transport costs depends on: Delivery address; we only ship within the EU Weight of the total order; this will be calculated when completing the order Volume of the order

Delivery is done by different transport companies, parcel services or post offices. In general: for most countries within the EU, delivery varies from 2 to 5 working days, after order processing. Unfortunately we can't guarantee upfront the transit time, this varies on the type of transport and destination.


It could happen that you would like to return an order or product. This could be for various reasons: maybe the product doesn't perform like you expected, your ordered the wrong product, it was not clear wherefore the product could be used, or any other reason. Whatever the reason of return is; we try to help you as good as possible. Any return should be requested within 14 days after the delivery of the product. Please sent your order number and reason of return to the following e-mail address

After communication and confirmation of the return, you will have 14 days to return the goods to Puris Europe. To receive a credit of the returned goods, it is important that the products arrive in the original packaging and without any damage.

If a product returns damaged or with damaged packaging, then it could be that we have to apply a depreciation of the value of the product. So we ask everyone to handle products with care and to make sure to package very carefully to prevent transport damage.

Exchange product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. Contact us within 14 days after receiving your products to help you with your exchange: If you exchange products, you will be charged with the transport costs.

Entered the wrong delivery address?!

Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Contact us as quick as possible, so we can try the delivery address by our forwarder.

Guarantee & Complaints


We care about our product and do our utmost to deliver them perfectly. But it can still happen that the package our goods damage during transport or maybe other things could occur, why you would need to claim guarantee. Normally any application for guarantee should be applied two months after receiving the goods. When our guarantee is granted Puris Europe will replace, repair or credit the product as agreed upon. Any visual transport damage should be notified in written on the delivery note of the forwarder. Any transport damage should be reported on the same day of receiving the goods.
